Jimmy is the ultimate professional: Ben Stokes during toss
Earlier during the toss, England skipper Ben Stokes hailed James Anderson as the ultimate professional. Stokes said, “We are always looking to progress as a team. It has been a while since we have been together since that India tour. When you have time you have a chance to take a seat back and look at where you want to take the team.”
He added, “What we can expect from Jimmy is complete heart, desire and passion to win games for England. His sole goal this week is to go out there and be the performer that he has been for such a long time. Jimmy is the ultimate professional. That first ball I am sure the crowd will be right up.”
