Men can get over anything, but…: Shikhar Dhawan recalls India’s heartbreaking loss, leaves fans nostalgic

Veteran India opener Shikhar Dhawan sent fans into nostalgia by recalling the unfateful day of November 19, 2023, in Indian cricket history. Gabbar, as he is fondly called, shared a social media post remembering India’s loss in the ICC ODI World Cup 2023. Notably, the Men in Blue lost the final of the marquee ICC event despite being unbeaten throughout the tournament. The loss came as a shock to fans and experts, and while it’s been more than six months, fans’ wounds are still fresh. 

Dhawan, who is currently out of the Indian team took to social media to share a hilarious meme. However, the meme also left fans emotional at the same time. The 38-year-old shared a billboard that read, “Vaishali, I am over you, Not yours, Khanna.” The cricketer captioned the post, “Men can get over anything, but not 19th November”
