After some intense action in the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2024 Semifinals, the action will now shift to Grand Finals, which will be played later this month in Hyderabad. The final eight teams from BGIS Semifinals Week 2 will join the top eight teams from Week 1 for the ultimate showdown.
The tournament, which has been underway from last two and half months now, will see the top 16 teams fight for the title across three match days, starting June 28. Speaking specifically of the Semifinals Weeks, in Week 1 after Team XSpark managed wo retain the top spot on the first three days, were overtaken by Global Esports. Global Esports was followed by Team Aaru, Team XSpark, Team SouL and others.
In BGIS 2024 Week 2 Semifinals, the final day saw Carnival Gaming and Mogo Esports retain their spots. While Carnival Gaming secured another chicken dinner, Mogo Esports finished with multiple top-three finishes.
